Chief Content Officer

Kathleen brings a depth of communications knowledge, from content creation across the entire communications realm to social media strategy and crisis management. She has an M.S. in Digital Content Strategy from The University of Kansas and an M.A. in Mass Communications from Texas Tech University.

She most recently created content and managed the social media accounts for the Texas Tech University Climate Center and Texas A&M University’s College of Dentistry.

Kathleen had a 13-year newspaper career as an editor (and as a writer) for The Dallas Morning News, as well as The Houston Post and The Beaumont (Texas) Enterprise. She channeled those skills at Positively Proofed, where she edited and created content for clients’ books, blogs, websites, presentations, white papers, press releases, and so much more. 

Absolutely, Positively Media! expands her previous business into more areas of expertise.

Social Media Specialist

Rachel is our social and video expert who brings a unique Gen Z perspective to her role. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin’s esteemed Moody College of Communication with a B.S. in Radio-Television-Film. 

Her videos have already gone viral, from nonprofit penguin TikToks (see below) to YouTube videos for her previous employer, behindthechair.com. She also was a finalist for her Gone to Texas video at UT-Austin. Check out her e-portfolio.
